Davidson Presbyterian Church, the African American congregation on Depot Street in downtown Davidson, continues its campaign to raise money for a new sanctuary with a Fall Ball, Fashion Show Etc. on Saturday, Sept. 8. The festivities run from 7 to 11 p.m. at Charles Mack Citizen Center, 215 N. Main St., Mooresville.

The event will include a fashion show, a comedian, praise dancers, and light food. Tickets are $25 each. Proceeds benefit the church building fund. Call 704-892-4313 or visit the church.
