Davidson Police on Wednesday were called to two homes out Davidson-Concord Road to investigate reports of break-ins. One home, on Evening Primrose Drive, showed obvious signs of a break-in, including a smashed window and damaged door, according to police. The other home showed no obvious signs of forced entry, and the homeowners were out of town.

Both incidents occurred midday, and it is unclear whether they are related. Police are investigating.
