Registration is now open for the 2012 Lake Norman Kiwanis Golf Tournament Aug. 27 at Cowan’s Ford Golf Club in Stanley, N.C. All proceeds from the event will help the Kiwanis Club serve local children.

Registration is $100 per person, or $95 per person for a foursome, and the tournament is a 4-Person Scramble (Captain’s Choice). Participants will receive range balls, goodie bags, free beverages throughout the day, box lunches, post-tournament dinner and awards for closest-to-the-pin, straightest drive, and other challenges.

Also, those who register will receive vouchers for free rounds of golf at Birkdale and Highland Creek golf clubs.
