Phone and internet service was disrupted for a couple of hours for some Davidson customers of MI-Connection Communications System on Tuesday morning.
A spokesman said technicians were working on “two different fiber optic nodes in Davidson” that were experiencing electronic signal problems. It wasn’t clear how many customers were affected. But one node typically serves several hundred customers.
The outage began around 9:30 for customers near downtown. It was restored after midday.
