Traffic heading west towards Main Street backed up on Concord Road around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday as cars had to swerve into the left lane to avoid fallen power lines and debris. It appeared a large limb fell onto the lines in front of 537 Concord, between Thompson Street and Baker Drive.
