CATS adds early outbound trips because of snow

With some downtown Charlotte businesses planning to send workers home early, Charlotte Area Transit System has added earlier-than-usual outbound trips to its schedules for riders of express buses. The earlier departures, which begin at 2 p.m., will include the 77x North Meck Express. Riders on the 48x Huntersville Express should also take the early 77x.
