John Marshall Custom Homes Inc. of Davidson will offer tours this Saturday, Oct. 9, of a “green” home under construction near downtown Davidson. The home, at 631 James Alexander Way, off Walnut and Spring streets, is the builder’s second project using the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes standards.
