Janet “Jay” Pratt Naramore of The Pines at Davidson passed away Dec. 25, 2009. She was the widow of H. Burling Naramore, a local business owner and town commissioner in the 1960s. No services are planned.

Janet’s late husband, Burling Naramore, died in 1990. He was was a Davidson town board member in the 1960s and 1970s, a certified public account and longtime banker in Connecticut and North Carolina, and the chairman of Bridgeport Fabrics of Davidson.
