It’s a weekend for theatergoers in Davidson, with the opening of a new student production at the college, “Company,” and more shows for the Davidson Community Player’s “How I Learned to Drive.”
Also this weekend, Davidson Presbyterian Church will celebrate the election of the first African-American president with an Inaugural Ball Saturday night, while three local churches will combine their choirs for a Lenten concert Sunday.
Several Wildcat teams have home games over the weekend, including tennis, soccer and baseball, while a pancake dinner will be held Sunday evening for the women’s volleyball and field hockey teams. All that, plus the opening of a new Francophile Film Festival Sunday evening.
