Lisa Pagan of Davidson, who reported for Army duty at Fort Benning, Ga., with her kids, will be discharged. After Ms. Pagan was called up from reserve status, she appealed. She had to bring her two kids with her because her husband travels frequently for business and she did not have adequate care for them.
