To prepare Christian hearts for a holy Lent, the Episcopal Church Women of St. Alban’s will sponsor a Quiet Day, “I Still My Soul and Make It Quiet,” on Saturday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. until noon. The leader is Davidson resident Pat Andrews, author of the congregational resource “Psalm Meditations for the Church Year.”

There will be refreshments at 8:30 a.m. and a light lunch served at 12:00.
