Ada Jenkins Center’s LEARNWorks after-school program is raising funds next week through sales of tickets to a Charlotte Checkers hockey game in Charlotte. Tickets for the Saturday, Feb. 21, game against the Florida Everblades are $15 each, with a portion going to support the LEARNWORKS program, which serves children in grades 1-5.
