We have a correction to our Thursday story about that Davidson-Concord Road home up at auction this week. Based on information available at Monday’s auction, we reported the home had sold. On Friday, the head of owner/builder J.D. North Construction told us his company had decided not to accept the $635,000 offer, which was well below the original asking price. He said the home will be readvertised. You can read an updated version of the story here.
