Davidson College students and staff, along with a few town residents, met in the rain Wednesday evening, March 19, to mark the fifth anniversary of the war in Iraq.  The candlelight vigil included time for silent reflection.  The gathering took place on the flag pole outside the college’s Chambers Building and was sponsored by Just Peace, a student organization, and the Davidson Friends Meeting.
