Cornelius’s planning board on Monday approved retail and commercial plans for the Antiquity project, The Charlotte Observer reports. Shops and offices will be part of the project, which extends from Zion Street, off N.C. 115 in downtown Cornelius, to the end of South Street in Davidson.
