All classes meet at the Davidson Parks and Recreation offices on South Main Street, unless otherwise indicated. Classes are open to people of all abilities. BY TEENS 4 TEENS –Lake Norman council is run by executive teen board and teen council members under the guidance of staff from the Cornelius, Davidson, and Huntersville Parks and Recreation Departments. Activities may include dances, fundraisers, events, and workshops. Attend a meeting to join. Meetings are held at Cornelius Town Hall unless otherwise indicated. Therapeutic Recreational Programs
These programs are sponsored by the Parks and Recreation Departments of Davidson, Cornelius and Huntersville. The programs are open to children and teens with special needs. Participants will be given the opportunity to socialize, learn and practice basic skills with peers, volunteers, and staff.
Tee Ball
Children will be given the opportunity to learn basic baseball skills; and practice catching, throwing, fielding and hitting. This program will be adapted to meet individual needs of each participant. Bring your glove and lets Play Ball! Fee includes jersey and trophy.
