Davidson Community Players plans auditions for a production of “Beau Jest” by James Sherman on Monday, May 21 and Tuesday, May 22, at 7 p.m.

Carey Kugler will direct the play. Auditions will be in Room 216 at Davidson College Presbyterian Church, Main Street and Concord Road. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script; no monologues necessary.

Performances of “Beau Jest” will be July 26-28 and August 2-5 in the Duke Family Performance Hall on the campus of Davidson College. Rehearsals are evenings and weekends beginning in early June. For further information call 704-892-7953 or check the website at www.davidsoncommunityplayers.org.
