Events coming up this week in Davidson include a two-day gardening symposium and garden tour sponsored by the Davidson Garden Club, a chamber of commerce business expo, and a public workshop on a proposal to redevelop the Stowe’s Exxon site on Main Street. For more information ….
Davidson Horticultural Symposium XXIII, Monday and Tuesday, March 5-6, at Davidson College. Theme: “Green Challenges: Gardening in Unexpected Places.” Includes a self-guided garden tour of several Davidson residential gardens, Monday from 3-5 p.m. Speaker and workshop topics include streetside gardening, bonsai, rain gardens, rooftop gardening.
