
How glorious is October. Time to put on a sweater, rake leaves, ride bikes, visit yard sales, count the geese flying overhead and savor the aroma of wood fires burning brightly in fireplaces. The last bright flowers of fall will soon be past and the trees bare of leaves. This is a favorite time of year for many of us.
