When will phone company join TV biz?

For years, officials with local phone giant Bellsouth, now known as AT&T, have talked about offering some kind of TV service over telephone wires. But so far, the technology remains in its infancy, The News & Observer of Raleigh reports.

May 22, 2007, Raleigh News & Observer, “TV service from AT&T? Not yet in North Carolina.”
